PostNord is a big employer in the Nordics and developing our People Strategy and processes is an important part of reaching our targets. We have HR-units in each country - but our Group HR-unit at PostNord Group is a small team who work with our Nordic HR-processes and support the Nordic Managers within the Group function. Our markets are transforming and in the role as a Nordic HR strategist/specialist we support our internal transformation making sure that we can attract, develop and retain the right people, at the right time and place.
