PostNords has an Economy and Finance unit in every country. The unit within PostNord Group consists of many different divisions, for example Group Business Control.
The Group Business Control unit has approximately 15 employees and is managing and following up the Group's financial and non-financial performance against set targets. The unit is responsible for setting processes, time plans and standards for budget and business reviews, business plans, customer and profitability controlling.
